This private residence is designed for a couple and their guests and is located in Nassau, Bahamas. The tropical climate allows this project to be focused around a traditional colonnaded center courtyard as the main circulation space. The main living spaces for the couple are connected internally as well as through the courtyard, while the secondary living spaces such as the guest rooms and garage are only accessible though the courtyard. This gives the residence different levels of privacy while housing all the spaces under one roof.
